The Darenth Valley Radio Society (G0KDV) will be taking to the field this weekend for the RSGB's VHF National Field Day — and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Field Day is one of the highlights of the amateur radio calendar: a chance to pack up the rigs, masts and generators, head out into the great outdoors, and put portable operating to the test. We'll be running the club station across the VHF bands, chasing contacts and enjoying the friendly rivalry that makes NFD such good fun.
///nods.handed.fakeAll licensed radio amateurs are warmly invited to come along, whether you fancy taking a turn on the key or microphone, lending a hand with the antennas, or simply dropping by for a cup of tea and a chat. Visitors are always welcome, so do pop over to the site if you're in the area. If you'd like to work us on the bands, listen out for G0KDV across the VHF spectrum throughout the contest period.
New for this year, a web summary of our QSO's can be found here.
We're looking forward to a great weekend on the air. See you on the bands!
