Operating on FT8, I was amused to find a station operator, as reported by qrz.com and displayed by gridtracker on my iMac, with the name Max Verstappen. How I chuckled to myself, as I imaged Max being mistaken for the Formula 1 champion, because he shared the same name.

As I read further into the entry, I discovered that Max the FT8 operator, callsign PF2022MAX also shared the same body and brain as the Formula 1 world champion. Perhaps he might attend a club meeting one day for a talk on F1 technology and communications, and well done Max on 2022.
